When using MorphAIus:

• The application runs locally on your computer
• You are responsible for your use of AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• You retain full ownership of code generated by the application
• Use the application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

AI Services Integration

MorphAIus integrates with third-party AI services:

• You need your own API keys for these services
• You are responsible for compliance with each service's terms
• API usage and costs are between you and the AI service providers
• We do not have access to your API keys or generated content

Disclaimer

MorphAIus is provided "as is" without warranty:

• We make no guarantees about the quality of generated code
• You should review and test all generated code before use
• We are not responsible for any damages from using the application
• The application is provided for educational and development purposes

Generated Code

Regarding code generated by MorphAIus:

• You own the code generated using the application
• You are responsible for ensuring generated code doesn't infringe on others' rights
• Review generated code for security, quality, and compliance
• We recommend testing all generated code thoroughly

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
